For employers, insurers and safety teams

A clear answer on capacity, and a plan you can actually run.

Fitness-for-duty and pre-employment assessments, return-to-work planning and injury management across South Australia — written plainly, against the real demands of the role, with a defined review point.

Services

Fitness for duty

Assessment against the inherent requirements of the specific role, not a generic category.

Return-to-work planning

Graded duties that a supervisor can actually roster, with a date to review them.

Pre-employment assessment

Baseline screening matched to what the job will ask of the person.

Injury management

Ongoing oversight so the plan moves as recovery does, rather than sitting static.

Injury management oversight

Ongoing review as recovery progresses, so the plan moves with it.

Rail safety worker assessments

Category 1, 2 and 3 under the National Standard — see the rail page for programs.

Where I am useful, and where I will not go

I understand that an open claim is a cost that keeps running, and that you have obligations to meet while it does. Most of the time the quickest safe path and the right path are the same one, and where they are, I will find it and set it out clearly.

Where an injury genuinely needs time, severity decides that, and you will hear it early with a timeframe rather than in month three. Optimism that is not clinically supported is the most expensive thing I could hand you.

Tailored, yes. Manufactured, no.

Everything I write is built to be read by your insurer, a reviewer, or a tribunal, and to hold when it is. That is the part that protects you — an assessment written to suit a preferred answer is the one that fails at the moment you need it to stand.
